Holipix AI Content Policy

At Holipix, our core value is capturing the authentic spirit of holidays and festivities. As generative technology evolves, we have established this AI Content Policy to maintain transparency, ensure quality, and protect the integrity of our creative community and the users who rely on our visuals.
1. Transparency and Disclosure
Holipix allows the submission of AI-generated or AI-assisted imagery, provided they meet our high-quality standards and specific holiday themes. However, transparency is mandatory.
- Labeling: All images generated primarily by AI must be clearly labeled as “AI-Generated” in the metadata or description field during the upload process.
- Honesty: Contributors must not misrepresent AI-generated content as traditional photography or “real-world” captures.
2. Quality and Realism Standards
To ensure that Holipix remains a premium resource, AI-generated content must adhere to strict aesthetic guidelines:
- Visual Integrity: We do not accept AI images with common “hallucinations,” such as anatomical errors (extra fingers), distorted holiday decorations, or nonsensical text within the image.
- Theme Relevance: AI content must strictly align with our niche—Holidays, Travel, and Festivities. Abstract or unrelated AI art will be rejected.
- Resolution: AI-generated images must meet our minimum high-resolution requirements (at least 4MP) and be free of upscaling artifacts.
3. Ethical and Legal Compliance
Contributors using AI tools must ensure they have the legal right to share and license the generated output.
- Copyright: You must ensure that your AI-generated submissions do not infringe upon the intellectual property, trademarks, or copyrights of others.
- No Likeness Infringement: Holipix prohibits AI content that mimics the likeness of real people, celebrities, or private individuals without explicit legal permission.
- Tool Licensing: Contributors must use AI platforms that grant them full commercial rights to the generated images.
4. Human-Centric Mission
While we embrace technology, Holipix remains a Human-Centric platform.
- We prioritize traditional photography that captures real, lived experiences and genuine human emotions during holiday moments.
- Our curation team may limit the volume of AI-generated content in specific “Editor’s Choice” collections to ensure a balance that favors authentic photography.
5. Prohibited AI Content
We strictly prohibit AI-generated content that:
- Depicts illegal acts, violence, or offensive holiday parodies.
- Promotes misinformation or creates deceptive “fake” travel destinations.
- Is mass-produced via automation (spamming), which degrades the quality of our searchable library.
6. Policy Enforcement
Holipix reserves the right to remove any AI-generated content that fails to meet these standards or is found to be improperly labeled. Continued violation of this policy may lead to the suspension or termination of contributor accounts.
